Security Deposit - this is fully refundable at the termination of the membership  if the member maintains the facility in good condition, reports any material damage (e.g. damage in excess of $50, such as a torn screen, broken rental club, broken TV or computer, etc.), and is paid in full for all membership dues at the termination of the membership.
